Citizen’s just announced a sports watch that can display time down to a thousandth of a second. Not to go fully into Curmudgeon Mode, but doesn’t human reaction time (and its variability) make accuracy of that degree utterly irrelevant, especially if (as they note is possible) you’re fumbling with it while wearing gloves? Unless it has a built-in laser tripwire to trigger the start/stop. (Citizen)
